News: Welcome!

The long wait is over and Doc Wags has finally arrived, along with our patent-pending So Fetch accesorizable dog harness! We’re starting out with just a limited supply of the harness in the “large” size (best fit for dogs approximately 50-75 lbs, but fit may vary based on how deep/shallow your dog’s chest is) in blue color and with a small variety of accessories, but fear not: the harness is planned to eventually release in all sizes, a variety of colors, and many more accessories to accompany it. We also have several other pet care products planned for future release, all aimed at the goal of making good pet parenting simple.

Initial fulfillment may hit some delays as we iron out inevitable issues and start to streamline our services, but if it looks like any orders will take more than two weeks to fulfill we will reach out to you directly in order to provide you with a timeline as well as the opportunity to modify or cancel your order if you so choose. We're only going to be stocking a small inventory at launch in order to make sure that everything goes smoothly with the products and all of the process on our end, so you may find that some of the items end up sold out of stock. If that's the case, don't hesitate to sign up for our mailing list (at the bottom of the main page) or follow us on facebook at www.facebook.com/docwagsofficial for updates on when we'll be getting those items back in stock. We'll also be using those channels to announce new products and new varieties (sizes and colors) of current products.

As much as myself and our awesome group of beta testers have tried to iron out all issues ahead of time, as early adopters of a new product I can’t promise that everything will be perfect right off the bat but I do promise that any issues will be made right, up to and including replacement or refund if the harness or any of our products fail to live up to your expectations.
